Host your event on our tropical grounds, historic lightship, or in our Serenity Villa with its private pool and garden. Our truly original setting makes it the perfect backdrop to create a memorable event including poolside celebrations, concerts, weddings, and everything in between!

Backdrops

The Lawn – beautiful grassy area just off the beach and waterfront is the perfect location for a concert, wedding ceremony or cocktail party.
The Lightship – the historic vessel features a band stand or DIY karaoke, full bar & kitchen as well as multiple indoor & outdoor deck spaces ready for a product launch, party or celebration of any sort.
The Restaurant – the large waterfront open air space is bright and airy and has a distinct beach vibe with the use of Caribbean Sea colors and décor appointed well for your private celebration.
The Villa – this private villa has a pool and tropical beachfront garden great for a smaller more intimate social gathering.
The Pool – our pool is so cool and located beachside and right off our restaurant set up well for an intimate daytime event or evening cocktail.
